3. Family Size:

Families of up to five members, including the pregnant woman, are covered under Ayushman Bharat Yojana. The family does not have to pay any premiums or registration fees to avail of the facilities.

4. Health Card:

To avail of healthcare services under Ayushman Bharat Yojana, it is necessary to possess a health card issued in the name of the eligible beneficiary. The health card contains the details of the beneficiary and provides access to health facilities under the scheme.

5. Place of Residence:

The benefits of Ayushman Bharat Yojana will be provided to all eligible beneficiaries, including diplomats and foreign visitors, who reside in India. The scheme aims to provide access to healthcare facilities to all, regardless of their place of residence.

6. Specific Medical Conditions:

Maternity insurance extends to all childbirth-related services, including pre-natal care, deliveries, post-natal care, and abortions. These services are available to all pregnant women under the scheme, ensuring comprehensive care during pregnancy.
