At Lookfantastic, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, simply contact Customer Care within 45 days of receipt of your order to request a Return Authorization Number. Once received, returns must be postmarked within 14 days.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit, so we recommend that you insure your package when returning it to us. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
