Fildena 100 is used to treat male sexual problems, such as erectile dysfunction (ED). It is challenging to get and maintain a firm erection in men with ED due to sexual dysfunction. The active component of Fildena 100 , sildenafil, regulates the PDE5 enzyme in the penis to enhance blood flow through it.
This increase in blood flow through the penis in men helps them achieve an erection. The penile nerves’ insufficient blood supply is the main cause of erectile dysfunction. Remember that Fildena 100 does not provide protection against gonorrhea, HIV, hepatitis B, or syphilis.
