The Punta Cana luxury villas have 25 miles of coastline with plenty of pristine beaches waiting for you to enjoy. If you like amenities like local restaurants and tourist life, or just want to sunbathe and soak up the sun, the beach is for you. Check out some of Punta Cana’s best beaches for a vacation experience

Playa Bavaro

Playa Bavaro is one of Punta Cana’s most popular beaches, with plenty of shopping, entertainment, boat cruises, city tours and adventure along the nearby beach. This stretch of white sand and clear water is the starting point for many trips to other nearby islands, so if you’re looking for a day trip to Saona Island, this is the place to stay.

As well as surfing, swimming and sunbathing, you can also enjoy beach trips in a small Bavarian town with small independent shops where you can find the perfect souvenir. This white sand beach is located just 20 minutes north of downtown Punta Cana. It is also minutes away from championship golf.

White Sands Beach

Playa Blanca is in many ways the king of white sand beaches, with calm waters, perfect for swimming or snorkeling and accessible by car. A walk along the beach reveals banana trees, beautiful deep blue water and soft sand. Some say the sand is white and the sunlight blinds them. You can also eat at the beach restaurant, which has an informal and extensive menu.

Just 3 kilometers from Los Ojos Indigenas nature reserve, with tranquil creeks and hiking trails. This beach is only 6 minutes from the city of Punta Cana.

Arena Gorda Beach

Playa Arena Gorda offers secluded beaches and long stretches of white sand with great views for you to relax. The beach at the resort end of Punta Cana is less crowded than many other beaches in the area, beach clubs are nearby, several hotels, and coconut trees where you can relax in the shade.

The biggest trick at Punta Cana luxury villas is that concessions are limited and it’s best to stay at a local hotel. Punta Cana is also a 28-minute drive away.

Cortecito Beach

Playa del Cortecito is a beautiful beach with craft cocktails and music. Here you can sip your glass straight from the sea and enjoy a margarita infused with sea salt. You can go to trendy clubs with the latest dance tracks and party all night long.

Local seafood restaurants here are also popular with locals for their fresh and seasonal quality. It is also a meeting place where you can learn about the local culture. This beach is known as the starting point for long cruises. Just 31 minutes north of Punta Cana.

Playa Bibijagua

Bibijagua Beach is one of the most active beaches in the Punta Cana area. Beaches where boaters and surfers swim have special swimming areas to prevent injuries. You can of course relax on the sand, but the nearby shopping square has more than 100 stalls.

If you’re hungry or want a cocktail, there are bars and restaurants within walking distance. Just 22 minutes north of Punta Cana.

Cap Cana Republica Dominicana
