Can I Return an Opened Product to Currys?

It’s always a little disappointing when you realize you’ve bought the wrong product, or that it’s not quite what you were expecting. But don’t worry – at Currys PC World, we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase, so we offer a 28-day return period on all of our products (excluding personalised items), even if they’ve been opened. To start your return, simply head to our returns portal and enter your order number and postcode.

Once you’ve found your order, select the item(s) you’d like to return and choose ‘Return with Collect+’. You’ll then be able to print off a label and take your product(s) to any one of over 5,500 local convenience stores. We’ll refund the cost of standard delivery back to you once we’ve received and processed your return.

If you’re returning a large item like a TV or fridge freezer, please give us a call on 0800 206 0818 so that we can arrange for it to be collected. We’ll need to know the model number (you can find this on the rating plate which is usually located on the back or side of the appliance) and whether it’s freestanding or built-in. There’s no charge for this service, but please note that we’re only able to collect from certain postcodes – our team will be able to advise when you call.

Can I Return to Currys After 30 Days?

If you have a standard product that you have purchased from Currys, then you can return it within 30 days of the date of purchase. This is providing that you have your original receipt and the item is in its original packaging and condition. If you do not have your original receipt, then Currys may still be able to process your return, but this will be at their discretion.
